The Castle's wine shop is where guests can taste and buy the wines of the estate, as well as an interesting selection of local delicacies. The annexed tasting room, overlooking the vineyards, is the ideal location where to organize in-depth wine tastings, events and meeting. Here is the point of departure of the guided tours to the amphitheater vineyards and to the prodigious and historic cellars under the castle. The castle Agriturismo "3 clocks" is really worth a visit for a tasty experience, discovering high quality local cuisine.
Wine shop opening times:
Monday to Sunday 9 am to 12 pm and 2 to 6 pm.
The appointments for the guided tours to the historical cellars with tasting of our wines, are divided some experiences:
- CLASSIC: Guided tour of the Castle’s historic cellars with tasting of 3 glasses of our wines: Euro 25,00 per person
- PREMIUM: Guided tour of the Castle’s historic cellars with tasting of 3 glasses of our wines and in addition 2 reserves: Euro 50,00 per person
They take place on Saturday at 15:30 and on Sunday at 10:30. The routes last about an hour and an advance booking is required. Outside the scheduled days it is possible to evaluate the tour on specific request.
- PRIVE': guided tour of the historic cellars of the castle with tasting of a vertical tasting of vintage wines between Grignolino or Gabiano DOC (to be defined on site) - minimum 4 people - euro 100,00 per person

In combination with the visit we suggest a walk to the labyrinth of the Gabiano Castle, garden of evergreen tree "Bosso" and historical monument, which is one of the rare documented examples of labyrinth in the historical gardens of Piedmont. Designed by the architect Lamberto Cusani in the thirties of the twentieth century, a period in which the now established landscape taste was integrated with formal gardens, the labyrinth contains a multiplicity of meanings - mythological, religious, philosophical, mathematical journeys - and is part of the restoration project of the thousand-year-old Castle, completed in 1935 by the Marquise Matilde Durazzo Pallavicini.
