90 quintals/hectare.

IN THE VINEYARD:

From the vineyard called “Castelvere”, on the steep  chalky soil rich of clay, the Barbera grapes provide  this rose’ wine with a distinct  personality.

WINE MAKING AND AGING:

After a soft pressing, the must is precociously separated from the skins to continue the fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature.   On fine lees for 4 months before bottling.

pleasant, very balanced,  freshwith an aromatic finish.

Notes

A great  rosé, to enjoy in every occasion. The elegance is completed by the label which reproduces the page of the ancient manuscript of the private library of the Marquises Cattaneo Adorno Giustiniani.

To be served at 10 – 12°C.

It is perfect as an appetizer and a lovely match for hors d’oeuvres, cold cuts, fish and white meat.
