Guided tour of the 12^th century cellars: visit to the Barriques area, divided in sector in order to allow the fermentation in wood, distinguished private collection of ancient vintages , starting from 1804, and all in perfect condition .

The activity will continue with the sensory analysis of Castello di Gabiano wines, with the possibility to taste local and traditional food.
